Aoife recently spoke to over 8,000 aspiring women at the iWish STEM Conference, highlighting her commitment to inspiring the next generation.

Meet Aoife Raftery

Aoife Raftery is a talented young rally driver from Ireland, carving her path in the exhilarating world of motorsport.
With a passion for rallying that ignited young, Aoife has spent the past four years honing her skills in various environments, from the classic Irish roads to the fast gravel stages across Europe and also debuting in the American Rally Championship in 2025.
She is the only International female rally driver competing presently. Aoife has made significant strides in her racing career, marked by notable podium finishes and her upcoming participation as the first woman in both the European Rally Championship (ERC) and the American Rally Association (ARA) simultaneously.
This year, we are excited to announce Aoife’s selection as a DirtFish Woman in Motorsport driver, representing a tremendous opportunity for her growth and visibility internationally.  This program will offer Aoife a platform to further her mission of promoting women in motorsport aiming to inspire and empower young women to pursue their dreams in this traditionally male-dominated industry.
With a commitment to creating opportunities for future generations. Aoife Raftery is also proudly the Motorsport Ireland Road Safety ambassador, promoting “Keep the Race in its Place”.
